PETITION TO RECOGNIZE THE GULF WAR RESEARCH OF TULANE UNIVERSITY

This petition calls for the recognition of the legitimacy of the patented Squalene Antibody Assay developed by the researchers at Tulane University to be used as an official diagnostic test as a determining sign of Gulf War Illness.

This petition calls for the recognition of the legitimacy of the patented Squalene Antibody Assay developed by the researchers at Tulane University to be used by the Veterans Administration, the Department Of Defense, the Social Security Administration and all other government agencies as an official diagnostic test in determining the root cause or etiology of a specific type of Gulf War Illness in regards to vaccine injury.

We, the undersigned, further support the principle that any specific research that Tulane University scientists and researchers provide to the government hereby be included in all pertinent government websites, manuals, articles, documents and brochures in regard to veterans health and specifically in regard to the safety and efficacy of the Anthrax Vaccine itself.

Furthermore, we call for restitution and benefits to be applied generously upon all active duty or veteran personnel who have already tested positive for the squalene antibody. This provision should include the swift expedition of all affected parties medical treatment as well as their prompt financial relief in their time of need, return to original rank and a removal of all derogatory comments and documents from their military records for refusal to take this hazardous vaccine.

We also call upon our government to completely ban the use of squalene in any form or amount as an immune stimulating molecule in any U.S. made vaccine.

Furthermore, we call upon our President and Congress to finance the needed facilities and specialists necessary to make the Squalene Antibody Test readily available on demand as soon as possible. This provision would be supervised under the same testing procedures and requirements used by the researchers and scientists at Tulane University.

In addition to the above, we demand that the Feres Doctrine which allowed for this investigational new drug testing to occur in the first place, be struck down and repealed immediately. It has been common practice in the military to use our troops as test subjects in investigational new drug testing without their informed consent nor with any active follow up care or assistance in the event of an adverse reaction to any of the multiple vaccinations that our brave troops are routinely subjected to. This practice must stop permanently or it will adversely affect the militaries ability to field an effective all volunteer fighting force.

This petition is a tribute on behalf of myself, my lovely and supportive wife Caren, my family, and my fellow veterans to the many years of hard work and inspired ongoing research being performed by Dr. Pamela Asa, Dr. Robert F. Garry, Yan Cao, Robert B. Wilson and their staff and graduate students at Tulane University in Louisiana.

In closing I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Rick Shuster, Gary Kendall, Hollis Stanford, Paul Ray “ JJ “ Jenson, Airborne Al Cole, and Gary “ Hawkeye ’ Coffman and all the rest of the Backwoods Vets of Michigan and Ohio for their ongoing support of my efforts to unify all veterans of all eras against obsolete government medical practices, unfair treatment of veterans in regards to their health and benefits, and our ongoing quest for vaccine safety as well as a ruling to repeal the FERES DOCTRINE.

But most of all, I’d like to personally thank Gary Matsumoto, noted author of Vaccine A - The Covert Government Experiment That’s Killing Our Soldiers and Why GI’s Are Only The First Victims , for inspiring me to write this petition and alerting both myself and others of the other possible explanations for our ongoing post-war health problems.
