A man left his pomeranian mix outside a rescue when it wasn't open and the poor thing
froze to death.
Sign my petition to demand the Detroit police find this man and investigate, charge and prosecute him to the full extent of the law.The midwest has been freezing this last week. No dog can be left outside for any amount of time at this temperature, let alone a tiny dog like this. The dog was found completely frozen, with fleas frozen to its body and overgrown nails. This means that this dog was likely neglected and perhaps abused for a long while before it died this tragic death.
