Can You Believe Bestiality is STILL Legal in Some States?

Earlier this year, two Florida men were charged in separate accounts of bestiality. Both men were caught because they had recorded their vile sex acts with their respective dogs and it was discovered by someone else.

In the case, Jesse C. Allen, a 27-year-old man from Ocala, aside from videos of him performing sex acts on his dog Rocky, his Facebook was also filled with zoophilic animated material. Christian Stewart Oscar Nichols, on the other hand, was finally brought to justice when someone found a video of the animal abuser dressed as a husky having sex with a dog.

In Florida, bestiality is illegal and these two men will have their day in court. But in 4 states (Wyoming, West Virginia, New Mexico, Hawaii) and D.C., this kind of activity is still OK in the eyes of the law. Even as some of these states have other animal protections, they fail to protect our pets and other creatures from sexual predators.

Bestiality is animal abuse. There is no other way to look at it. The fact that these states still allow it is unacceptable. States are turning their backs on animals at their most vulnerable and letting men and women get away with disgusting abuses. It's time to change that.

Please sign this petition demanding that Wyoming, West Virginia, New Mexico, Hawaii, and D.C. ban bestiality today.
