Fabian's Law

Our beloved Miniature Poodle, Fabian, was killed by an unleashed vicious dog on September 5, 2009.  Fabian was on his owners leash, in his driveway when he was attacked and killed.  The owner of the vicious dog could not be held civilly or criminally liable for Fabian's death because there is no current law or ordinance in the State of Arizona to hold a dog's owner accountable for a "dog-on-dog" attack.  Richard & Sally Andrade of Glendale, AZ are introducing legislation to address this issue.
This statewide law is dedicated, not only to Fabian, but to all dog and cat owners who have lost their pet due to a vicious dog attack.
We, Richard and Sally Andrade are asking for your support by signing this petition which will protect and give rights to the victims, pet owners, as well as protect the public from "Irresponsible Dog Owners".

We Thank You so much for your support.
