False advertisement of Call Of Duty Elite

If I can get a minimum of 1000 Elite Founders that paid before the December 13, 2011 cut-off date I will be forwarding this along with my personal interactions with customer support to a lawyer in my area. In the hopes of Activision at least responding and correcting the issues in a timely manor.

Please address the current issues with your Call of Duty Elite premium services. Specifically the services advertised for a paid subscription prior to the December 13, 2012 founder status cut off date, or face legal recourse due to the extreme difficulty I and others have faced while seeking a refund for your services.
