Dear Congressperson,

The historical day of December 1, 1955, marks the beginning of the Civil Right Era.  Rosa Parks heroic act lead-up to the Montgomery Alabama Boycott when she was apprehended for refusing to give up her seat on a segregated bus.  By Rosa Parks standing up against racial discrimination and inequality made her an instant American Icon.  My fellow citizens, the time is now to appoint December 1, as National Holiday in the remembrance of Rosa Parks' legacy.

Please support A National Holiday for Rosa Parks by creating legislation.
