AAA Legal Defense Reimbursement

  1. The petitioners are members of the AAA East Central region (primarily located in Western Pennsylvania).
  2. The petitioners request that AAA's East Central Region provide legal defense reimbursement to its members for traffic ticket defense as a membership benefit.
  3. If adopted, members would be entitled to $50 reimbursement in primary court, and $75 in any higher court, for legal fee reimbursement related to traffic violations.
  4. AAA's Mid-Atlantic Region (Eastern PA, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia) already reimburses its members for defense fees. 
  5. The petitioners hereby request the same benefit.
