Allow All Ages Attendance For DC Concerts

Local concert venues should have the authority to allow or restrict attendance to their establishments, so long as minors are behaving responsibly (i.e. not drinking alcohol, fighting, or breaking curfew restrictions).  Allowing all-age access to concerts keeps kids off the streets, while encouraging a sense of community and fellowship among like-minded people outside of the influence of drugs, criminal mischief, and gang activity.
