A New  Amendment in Child Protection Act 1999 of Australia is needed whereby a child sex offender who pleads guilty to an offence against a minor will not be allowed bail under any condition.
At present they are given bail and given conditions to abide by but are still given freedom to roam the community.
Petition:We, the undersigned, call on the The Honourable Cameron Dick MP, Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Australia, to make the changes.
It is an expectation of each individual to maintain and promote a safe environment for all children and for those who are unable to defend themselves.
It is therefore of the utmost importance to not allow sexual predators bail.
Thank you for signing this petition and helping our kids live in a safer environment
