Animals Allowed

I am starting this petition to allow tenants to have pets. We pay a lot of money for an apartment that we should be able to have those rights. We put down a deposit any damages come out of our pockets, so why shouldn't we be allowed. There are so many kids here that would love to have their own puppy or kitty. Why take that away from them. From the begining we were told pets are ok as long as there is no problem. Now all these animals are forced to be taken somewhere else.
