Attention Division of Power and Water:
Petition for action to give reason and truth, to the people. We have sought and reviewed the purifying system diagram. We have full knowledge and understanding that pollution and waste is a challenge to control and would like to help benefit the circumstance. For One we suggest water bills non-acceptable. For Two we suggest certainty of the security of contamination. Therefore, as my brother MLK Jr. once asked, why does his people pay a water bill in a world that is 90% water. All of we suggest the water be free. All of we suggest that the drinking water system have added a mix of color and flavor, bathing water system and toilet water system have a distinguishing aspect also by having added a mix of color and cleaning solution. Please consider this petition.
