Boerboel cruelty caught on video
The Boerboel that was beaten with a pick-axe handle on 31 December 2008 by a member of the Middleburg community which was shown on CCTV footage needs to be avenged. This person appeared before the Middleburg Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga on 27 July 2009 on charges under the Animals protection Act. We need to get signatures to hand to the Middelburg SPCA to assist them in getting a stiff sentence for this person.
Animal lovers we need to stand together with the SPCA so that this does not happen again.
The court case for this dog has been postponed and will now be held on 8 October 2009, we need to get more signatures so that the Magistrate will see that we, the animal lovers of the world will not tolerate cruetly to animals in any form.
