CA GOVERNOR APPROVES NEW DEATH ROW AT SAN QUENTIN

Apparently the Governor of California has approved "New San Quentin Death Row", as stated in the SF Chronicle.  I am a state worker.  We have been furloughed 3 days "to help CA budget".... Schools, the elderly services, health care etc. have been cut and the plan is to build San Quentin a new death row at a cost of $356 million dollars!  If these inmaates are on Death Row why not start executing these people who have committed horrendous crimes?  Their "rights"??? What about the law-abiding people of the State of California?  Where are our rights?  Instead, we get punished and the criminal gets rewarded.  What is the Governor thinking????????????
