CBS Sportsline doesn't pay Canadian winners.

Up until three years ago, Canadians(except for Quebec) have enjoyed a cash prize for winning a Gold Fantasy League fantasy. Now, Canadians can pay to enter a Gold Fantasy League, but will not get paid if a Canadian wins the league. This is plain wrong. After asking CBS why, they replied that it is because of Canadian laws. That is NOT TRUE. Only the privince of Quebec has laws against these types of winning(as does Vermont for ex.). Other Fantasy Sports sites, like The Sporting News, pays out to Canadians with no problems or issues.
