change ncaa suit ruling for men

  • recipient: make full legs legal instead of only jammers and briefs
this petition is to change the ruling for men because i have noticed that women are allowed to have shoulder to knee but men are only allowed stomach to knee, so i thought itd be a little more fair for men if we were allowed full legs.
