Congratulate President Obama for rejecting 1,700 mile oil pipeline

When someone in power makes a good move they should be congratulated so they know their work or choice is appreciated. President Obama's move will prevent the pumping of the world's dirtiest oil (tar sands oil) from Alberta to the Gulf coast.
