You may have heard of it.
It's an international sensation, topping all of the radio charts in Singapore, the Phillipines, and the United States, including New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Massachussets, and even Northern California.
But the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles/Hollywood, does not hear this song often.
Why?
Because its mainstream media station, KIIS FM, still does not play it.
We think that KIIS should have actually been the FIRST to play it and not New York's Z100. After all, we have Ryan Seacrest, and we're the entertainment capital.
We the undersigned believe that, being the entertainment capital of the world, Los Angeles should have its top mainstream radio station play one of the most popular songs in the world. The aforementioned song, titled "Crush", is sung by David Archuleta, American Idol's 17-year-old runner-up and wunderkind. We ask you in the most sincere and polite manner to please consider playing this song on your station. We do not ask of you to place it with the likes of "Hot N Cold" or "American Boy", but just to play it a few times throughout the week.
