Demand Rights for the Underpaid

Since 1976, the USA Courts has held those who cannot afford a lawyer to a higher techinical standard of filing then a party which can afford a lawyer.
This is wrong! It is UnAmerican.

This and is bogus reasons for summary judgement has become a means to clear dockets of valid cases. Tell the Courts you want a valid case to be heard in 1st circuit Court of Appeals, in Boston MA. In re: Jan LightfootLane, 08-8039. 

This case deals with the public interest of people being lied to by towns officials and these lies being endorsed by the state.  These pattern of fibs is dealing with  Maine General Assistances about eligibilty for benefits. And specifically a social worker unpaid staff having to do more casework when those in need who call the hotline are lied to by trusted officials.

Restore Rights to the elderly, youths disable, gays, and us underpaid by signing this petition and passing on to 3 or ten of your friends.
