Denial of Removal/Revokation of Easement of the Property of Dan Tammelin

Please join in signing this petition to keep the easement of Dan Tammelin's property. 



1.  There are buildings falling down everywhere in Champion, there is no cause for buidling a new one.

2.  Target has not abused easement and has lived there for over thirty-years.    Abuse described in said petition is slanderous and is prosecutable.  Defendant has lived on said property for more than thirty-years without any issues from any neighbor except sponsor/plaintiff.



3.  Police have not investigated the matter.  Dan Tammelin doesn't own a vehicle which would make it difficult for he, himself to be spinning out, throwing rocks etc.  

4.  This is a dirt easement that is steep in grade.  It would be very easy for ANYONE to spin their tires while attempting to climb driveway which is not against the law or abuse. Witnesses have not signed petition for sponosr/plaintiff.



5.  Target has address on the main street and has for over thirty-years however, the only access to work shops or any parking availability exists soley with easement to property.  There is no legal parking on the main street.



7.  Sponsor's/plaintiff's property/house is a good three to five-hundred yards from defendent's driveway which would lead one to beleive that this petition is not for just cause but,  just for self-cause.
