Do more to celebrate Charles Dickens following bi-centenary on 7 Feb 2012

Charles Dickens was not just one of Britain's greatest novelist's, he was one of the world's greatest novelist's. His works have not only been loved by generations of readers, but they helped promote social change. We must make sure that coming generations continue to read and enjoy his brilliant writings.
