Enable Murderers To Plea Bargain To Manslaughter...

I lost My brother Christopher Snow in a violent crime of murder. His assailant was arrested and charged with first degree murder. The state DA and the lawyer for the defense arrived to a plea bargain of manslaughter one. There have been a large number of plea bargains in our courts this past year partaining to murder in the first degree. It leaves me to believe that we are more concerned with the over population of our prisons and the cash it takes to pay jury held trials, so the system chooses shorter sentences and pleas for the guilty.
