End the Toro Jublio festival

On the weekend closest to November 13 Soria in Spain will hold a festival called Toro Jubilo This barbaric festival involves the peole pitching balls of flammable tar at the horns of terrified restrained bulls These bulls are then either tied to stakes or released into the streets to run franticaly into the streets in pain while their faces, eyes and bodies are burned untill they die.
