EXPOSURE OF INJUSTICE TO POSH DOLCHE

This petition has been prepared to generate support and expose inappropriate acts towards Posh Dolche located in Downtown Norfolk, VA at 257 Granby Street, as well as the three minority business owners. These actions in turn has caused a forced closer of the business, a major loss of assets, loss of jobs for employees, forfeiture of chosen fun for the company's patrons and affiliates. Since injunction of the business in 2007 Posh Dolche has been harassed, excessively targeted and victimized by city of Norfolk.  As Granby street currently functions as a popular night spot for many the city holds firm that violence occurring in the area would diminish or minimize at the disposal of Posh Dolche and its minority patrons. Various allegations made against the establishment are unfounded and has created a clear case of racial profiling & harassment. 

We, Posh Dolche LLC and it's owners are requesting your full support of the business. By signing this petition it is your opinion and voice that Posh Dolche operated as a viable, fun/friendly, controlled and safe atmosphere which offered adults of a minority figure a place to gather for much deserve relaxation and food.  In addition, it employed many minorities which in turn may not have otherwise had the opportunity to work in such an area.
To conclude, please be advised that this petition is much larger than the isolated issues surrounding Posh Dolche. It effects us all as either a current or future minority or small business owner, patrons of small or black business, or otherwise associated consumer.
