We the undersigned requesting the state of Arizona, to assist people who receive SSI and SSDi benefits that require the assistance of a Service Dogs and live on a poverty level income a State Sponsored Food Assistance Program for Service Dogs.

Other States in the union provide a State Food Assistance Program for Service Dogs for people who have Service Dogs. We cannot understand why the State of Arizona cannot provide the same services for SSI and SSDi clients as other states do.

Our intent is to have the State of Arizona, to recognize how important it is to have this funding provided to people that are at a low level incomes.

Our objective is to have the state appreciate how important it is for us to have these Service Dogs. So that we can continue to maintain an independent lifestyle, without having to go into an assisted living environment. These dogs help guide us through our daily lives, bringing us an independence that a non-disabled person could never comprehend.

We truly hope that you can find it in your hearts to pass a bill that would provide low income SSI and SSDi beneficiaries, the funding to help support their Service Dogs.

Thank you in advance for your consideration of this matter,
