recipient: That all college put in a chargeing location for disabled people in electric wheel chairs to plug giving them a resource to help them to stay at school for more than the time period that the battiery allows.

This will allow any person to exstend their education and find a job so not to live on a set income from the government. Giving a helping hand with a little charge can make mobility easier for the onces wanting to get out there and be a part of work force and contribut back.
