Great Sioux (Lakota) Nation Position Paper

This petition is provided for every enrolled member of the Great Sioux (Lakota) Nation to read and apply their signature as well as their U Number.  It is a petition drive to change the way things are done on the Reservation in South Dakota with regard to the USA not providing "Just and Proper Compensation" to the inidividual members as required in Federal Law for the taking of the Black Hills and surrounding 91 Million acres of Land, and Natural Reaources.  This will allow for Per Capita Disbursement as provided in US Federal Code of Regulations:  Title 25, 117a.  Please provide your readable signature and U-number.  We are seeking 30% of all enrolled members for each tribe.
