Indiscriminate killing of dogs in Kakinada.A.P Police mute spectators

Kakinada municipality is killing dogs by hiring squads to administer Styr nine since the practice was introduced in 2004   In  the W.P no  : 12404 of 2004 in honorable high court of A.P. the municipality gave a sworn affidavit that they will follow dog rules and do ABC   Over the years on several occasions they killed dogs by the same method clandestinely in the nights and dumping the dogs in the beach against CRZ rules.   The SPCA Kakinada is in disarray for the last three years and there is no body at present. The collector and RDO Kakinada  president and vice-president respectively are mute spectators for the present carnage   With the recent spurt in reporting of rabies cases and media hype the mpl. corpn. took advantage and they started killing dogs from02.06.11 and continuing the spree in the nights.   Though we knocked many doors for help the situation did not improve   The Govt. of A.P issued GO's G O MS  No 203 and GO RT No 677 of MA&UD  Dt.06.06.11 the killing increased and in every nook and corner of the city the  people are narrating how  a squad is coming and poisoning their pet dogs and lifting the carcasses in a tractor later.   The people responsible for the present annihilation of dogs are Satya kumari  I/c  mpl commissioner ratna uma  MHO with the active help of local MLA Dwarampudi Chandra Sekar Reddy
The police are not booking any cases and the MLA's goons are attacking the animal activists physically and threatening with dire consequences.
  we want a through inquiry ordered by the court and filing of criminal charges on the above individuals.
