Whereas Hillary is the only candidate to win in the Battleground States and among the vital Regan Democrats and whereas no nominee has ever lost WV in the primary and come back to win in November and whereas, Hillary, like Bill, has proven that she can win among the Swing Voters, we hereby petition the DNC and the Super Delegates to support Hillary Clinton, the candidate most likely to win in November.
