John Scott Blvd Street Lights Request

Background:

John Scott Blvd is also major road that carry traffic between to major routs (Rt 140 and 123). It is also an extension of south Worcester St.

Starting at Sturdy St. John Scott Blvd lack Street light for approximate 3 miles. Homes between 19 John Scott Blvd to 192 are in total Dark during the night.
Many of the interception has no street lights which make it very difficult to find your way and read sign.
Sysco is an major company located on S. Worcester St. has many trucks travels on John Scott Blvd and with no lights during the night and early morning hours traveling on the street isn't safe.
Train passes around 5 am in the morning crossing John Scott, you can not see any thing as well.

We the residents of Norton living on and around John Scott Blvd, request the installation of street lights in this neighborhood in order to promote safety for the residents and children of our neighborhood.

After inspection, poles on John Scott Blvd have all wires and transformer necessary to install the street lights. The cost of installing those lights should be very low but the benefits of them are much greater.
