Keep Cudahy Library Open 24 hours During Finals Week!

This year during finals week, Loyola administration has decided to keep only the 1st and 2nd floors of the Info Commons open 24 hours during finals week. Cudahy Library will only remain open for its regular hours of operation throughout finals. This petition is to make the administration realize that the IC does not provide adequate study space to meet the needs of students seeking a quiet place to spread out their books and study for finals 24 hours a day during the week. The issue is not  in the number of seats available, but in the lack of silent desk or table study space available. In order to accommodate student needs, Cudahy Library should remain open 24 hours during finals week.
