Keep Schools at a 10 Month Basis For Schools

 President Obama has proposed a bill for 1 school year to consist of 11 Months. Meaning here in Jamestown, New York. Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar,Apr, May, June, Jul. That would only give kids here August to have a summer vacation from school! Someone needs to tell the Secretary of Education and President Obama that it is not fair to us kids!
