KITUTU MASABA IS DYING
After the bangled election of 2007 the people of kitutu masaba have known nothing but agony and pain. Like everywhere in the country the man who was 'elected' has faced alot of opposition from the people. In turn, his masked men have turned to assaulting everyone oppossed to him. So far 21 youths have been assaulted for 'rebeling'. Eleven cases have gone to court and been thrashed through corruption. There is one currently at Keroka court involving a one Robert Momanyi who was severely beaten by the Mp's personal assistant a one Eric Mokaya Nyambati and others. People now live in fear . The CDF committee continues to misappropriate funds with impunity. We are appealing to the prime minister of the republic the Hon. Raila Odinga to come to the rescue of these men and women who continue to suffer for asking about the misuse of their CDF funds.
We the undersigned are calling upon you to save Kitutu Masaba Constituency.
Ever since the coalition government took over, the people of Kitutu Masaba have not benefitted from any CDF project. The CDF committee continues to enrich themselves with impunity. Those who dare question are assaulted and arrested. There are over 21 such cases but only eleven have been taken to court but unfortunately thrashed thrashed. There in one currently going on at Keroka court involving a one Robert Momanyi who was assaulted by a one Eric Nyambati, the PA to the area MP.
We are calling for your inervention so that this case cannot be tampered with like the rest, that all those involved are punished and that the CDF is disbanded and the members prosecuted.
