Loose cannons should be untolerable

I just want to thank everyone that is reading and signing this.
This petition is against an officer that has at least 10 to 15 complaints against him for disorderly conduct while in a police officer uniform. He is definetely a lose cannon and i need help to keep the people of Hamilton county kansas. I feel if someone deosn't step up and do something now something terrible is going to happen some poor teenage kid. I really want to thank anyone for signing and reading this petition. I just want to be informative on issues i have seen,dealt with physically, I feel a loose cannon with a badge is unnecesarry and should be untolerable in any county or state in the U.S.! Just one slight example pulling a gun on any teenager for know reason is and should be grounds for expulsion of being a police officer. There is way more examples were that one came from.. We thank that this community is in for along haul on bad things to happen. Again a loose cannon should be untolerable!!!
