New Jersey Court Judges Need to be elected not appointed

Currently, the Judges in New Jersey are appointed through political motivation. These judges are running out of control violating the rights of New Jersey citizens on a daily basis.

We as voting citizens of the State of New Jersey demand that laws be passed to have court judges elected by the people within the districts that they are to serve.

We as citizens in New Jersey are demanding our rights in taking back the courts that are supposed to belong to the people and not to the judges. We want only judges on the bench who will follow the full letter of the law and not some personal agenda. We also want the right to remove any judge from the bench, through elections who do not continue to uphold the laws.
