No-Kill Buffer Zone for National Parks

Hunters and Trappers are known to go into National Parks to chase animals outside the park boundary where they can "legally" kill the animals.  Animals on migratory routes or just wandering just outside the park boundary are also hunted or killed.  We need to better protect animals with a 5 km "No-Hunting, No Trapping" buffer zone that surrounds all National Parks.
