PREGNANT WOMEN MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE ON HOV

Why should people sign your petition? Cause it make a sense and most or all women will know what i'm talking about.Pregnat women is cariying other person and she is going thrus a lot.(has to go the bathroom alot,pain alot, STRESS with the trafic alot...... .
Maybe some people will say why this guy is doing this?
My wife was pregnant and driving home with so so much pain when she got pull over and got a ticket for driving on HOV by a FEMALE cop.(7 months pregnat can give birth sometimes.
