Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney come to America/Europe!

Recently a trailer for a 3DS of one of the most awesome crossovers was spread all across the internet. Much to many disbelief, the game is confirmed, however, recent news has announced of the game being Japan-only, with no plans for a western release currently.
capcom said  they dint knew if the U.S. or Europe would care about it but now we have the chance to tell them!
