Project Spark

A petition to support  Project Spark and it's development for a public indoor skatepark within our city on Staten Island.  Recognizing the need for and benefits of a public indoor skatepark and want for the city to provide suitable land and agree to maintain the skatepark after construction, partially fund, build and maintain the skatepark.

We the undersigned, as citizens of New York, support  Project Spark and it's development for a public indoor skatepark within our city on Staten Island.  We recognize the need for and benefits of a public indoor skatepark and want the city to provide suitable land and agree to maintain the skatepark after construction, partially fund, build and maintain the skatepark.
