"Save The Peaks"

Since moving here to Flagstaff, Arizona I have learned much about the mountains known as the San Fransisco Peaks and how for decades 13 Native Americans have been trying to protect the Peaks from greedy business people.  Today, Oral Arguments are to be heard in Federal Court in Phoenix regarding this very issue.  There is a ski resort that was built on this mountain not very long ago (Snowbowl) and now they want to make artificial snow out of polluted, sewer water from the city of Flagstaff. This is a beautiful place and if Snowbowl is allowed to cut down the large ponderosa pine tress to go forward to make fake snow the damage will continue and the once beautiful mountains will disappear.
