Race horse to young!

I feel that the number of injury and death in race horses would decrease if horses weren't raced at such young ages. If we could urge trainers and owners to only race horses 3 and older, less deaths might occur and racing could become somewhat safer. Young horses who are raced are not ready for the strain of galloping their hardest down the track.
