Reduce Maryland Inter-county Connector (MD-200) toll fee

ICC was created to relieve congestion of Capital Beltway, however, the current toll that they are asking is way too high for the general public to afford.  With a $4 toll to go between I-95 and I-270 there is no way most commuters can afford $8/day toll needed to use the ICC. 

Please reduce the toll to a more affordable amount - say $2 each way, so that more people will be able to use the ICC. Our taxes helped pay for the ICC and we should not be excluded from using such a valuable resource because of it's high tolls.  Not to mention the less people avoid congested I-495 will have a positive impact on environment.
