Restore Benzodiazepine back to the Medicare list to save money for those who take then however the big savings for medicare will be for those who were switched over to less efftive much more expensive copyrighted drugs

Benzodiazepines which include valium and Xanax  were taken off the list of covered medications without a valid reason except to allow the drug company%u2019s making more money on the replacement drugs  which are still under copyright however they often do not work as well. as for my 30 dollar a bottle valium was replaced with a 500 dollar a bottle Lunesta as Ambien is not effective with me.

So restoring then to coverage will fill a need and save Medicare a lot of money as the other argument was about it abuse which simply is not a valid reason as the illegal use of those drugs are still just as bad as it has ever been since the Bush era when they were removed in 2004 so removing them only keeps them out of the hands that need them.
