Rid our houses and bodies of unnecessary filth caused by our town!

It looks like this would be a nice picture, right? Not when you live across the street from it, where the gates are low, and only shut @ night.  Where the wind blows the slightest bit, and your house and anything in sight is covered with dirt.  By law they are supposed to "water" these dirt mounds, and while we have seen slight sprinkling going on, what we see more is our homes being destroyed.  Our windows need to be replaced, constant vacuuming doesn't even begin to help, as the flow of "dirt air" is almost constant, and our health could be in danger.  We are breathing in dirt all the time, how can this be good for our lungs?
If the city or State wants to start paying for the replacements to our windows and other house parts that have been damaged by this, as well as our constant cleaning bills, and doctors bills, then by all means, let them do it.  Otherwise, this company needs to build taller more solid gates so that the flow of dirt is less, and they need to put more water on it so it stops free flowing into our houses and mouths!
