So many Earthquakes In The Headlines!

  • recipient:  Support the idea of a charity set up to deal just with Earthquake Issues!!
There are/have been so many Earthquake/flood, etc episodes in the headlines internationally, in recent times...

Would a charity set up to deal with and warn of such things be possible? A centre to deal with the epicentres of these TERRIBLE Events?? A place where Appeals are more directly considered and asked for?
