STOP THE SLAUGHTER OF INNOCENT ANIMALS
We the undersigned,
respectfully demand that the brutal animal slaughter being currently performed by public servants be stopped immediately and that you implement a programme of massive sterilization all over your country. It is really pathetic when a nation that boasts of being modern uses methods that have nothing to do with the image you are trying to show to the world. Shooting animals is not the solution you should use to deal with pet overpopulation because it not only gives the image of a barbaric country to the world but to your people too. The method that you are using gives the impression that Egypt has sunk into the darkest well of the ignorance and lacks respect towards all forms of life. Education and compassion are the foundations of human behaviour, and it is the message your country should be sending to its citizens.

exigimos que las brutales matanzas que actualmente se estn llevando a cabo a manos de funcionarios pblicos sean detenidas inmediatamente y que se implemente un programa de esterilizacin masiva a lo largo y a lo ancho del pas. Es realmente pattico cuando una nacin se ufana de ser moderna y usa mtodos que nada tienen que ver con la imagen que estn tratando de proyectar. Disparar contra animales no es la solucin para frenar la superpoblacin de mascotas porque no solo da una imagen salvaje al mundo entero sino a su pueblo tambin. El mtodo que han puesto en marcha deja entrever que Egipto se ha hundido en la ignorancia y carece de respeto hacia toda forma de vida. Educacin y compasin deben ser los cimientos del comportamiento humano y ese es el mensaje que se le debera dejar al pueblo.
