Please Help Ohio's Children!!!!

This petition is for the Family Court system and to the Governor of Ohio to stop using Dr. Wayne Graves as a court appointed forensic evaluator. Since Dr. Graves made numerous perjurious statements trying to defraud the court system. Ohio Revised Code 2913.01 Deception: Knowingly deceiving another or causing another to be deceived by any false or misleading representation.
    (B)Defraud; Knowingly obtain, by deception, some benefit for oneself or another, or to knowingly cause, by deception, some detriment to another.
Discrimination R.C . 3109.042: shall treat the mother and father as standing upon an equality when making the designation.
Perjury:Ohio Revised Code 2921.11
    (A)  No person, in any official proceeding, shall knowingly make a false statement under oath or affirmation, or knowingly swear or affirm the truth of a false statement previously made, when either statement is material. Didn't report any suspected child abuse.
Dr. Graves is using methods that does not meet the daubert standard and every custody case in the last 12 years should be reavaluated.  Dr. Graves has been sued in the past for this but the courts keep protecting him!  Elling  v  Graves and Prewitt v  Graves in ohio where he was caught lying over 21 times in one case while under oath trying to influence  the courts. Dr. Graves testified he did not call any third party witnesses to verify anything esp when it comes to any kind of abuse and neglect! Dr. Graves brags about enjoying is immunity!!!
