THE INDIAN GOVT. AMENDED THE ACT IN 1960 WHERE AS PAKISTANI GOVT. IS NOT DOING SO, HENCE THIS IS THE TIME TO REVIEW, AMEND & REPLACED THE PAKISTAN PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT, 1890 WITH THE STRONG ACT TO SERVE ANIMALS.....http://pakistan-pcaact1890.blogspot.com/
