Trying to "buy" my mother back from the legal system

My mother was severely abused in back to bak nursing home. She has permanent injuries. Her son went to court on his own and made a statement that was full of lies. He accused me of stealing from my mother. I have the proof that I did not. He did this because we are being sued by one of the nursing homes. I don't want to pay someone that hurts the elderly. She spent eleven days in the hospital and six of those days semi unconscious. She went to see a specialist because of the damages. She has a collaspe artery in her neck that supplies oxygen to her brain.
The sad part is the courts in Massachusetts have not let me speak. There was a hearing this past June and I was never inform of it
This now cause greater problems such as being accuse of neglecting and abusing my mother. I see my mother every day up to three hours. I want to be heard. I have wrote to the governor, attorney general , local politicians and my Senator and nothing. I wrote to every paper and tv station in my area and nothing.
I can't get a lawyer because we make too much money for public aid and not enough for the rest the legal world. Anyway no one even has contacted me.
My brother has had no contact with our mother because that is what he wants. My mother understands that he is behind this.
I want to tell her whole story and try to stop this happening to others out there. This is a nightmare.
Now the courts want to take my mother away to a nursing home that I will not be able to get to. This will kill my mother. She has told me if that happens she will give up living. I guess that the legal systems does not care about the well-being of people. Money is the only thing that matters. I just want to be heard. I want everyone out there that has a love one in a nursing home to really look in on them. There is hidden abuse that never gets reported because as one elderly person told me, "We live here and when you complain or a family member complain they get punish." It happen to my other.
What I like to see is cameras in every nurisng home and every room with sound. One director threaten my mother but it is he said she said. I want the agencies that is suppose to help and really listen to the family and come when they tell you not when you feel like it.
This is our future whether we like it or not and if don't make changes now it will never happen.
Please help me find an answer to help my mother.
