Update Pool Drains

This petition is to increase the knowledge of the lack of safety features in American pools. in December of 2008, a law was passed in chicago, ill requiring all public pools to update their drains and install the proper guards to prevent death and injury to pool occupants. less than half of all public city pools have them installed.  These drains have 800 pounds of suction power. they are not just dangerous to children but adults as well
