Medical Marijuana, the need for enlightenment to Canadian physicians
Only one half of one percent of Canadian physicians will prescribe medical marijuana. This once-only recreational drug has been very heavily researched to reveal that the benefits of medical marijuana for people suffering from the side-effects of cancer and HIV therapies is significant. Marijuana is allowed by the Federal government for treatment against pain and nausea, against glaucoma, extreme pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia.Marijuana stimulates appetite in cancer and other patients who suffer from terrible nausea. The Federal government needs to enlighten physicians who are unaware, ignorant or prejudiced against marijuana. Major pharmaceutical companies have sales forces to detail their products to physicians in hospitals and private practice. Please send an e-mail or re-post this information to your local physician and your Federal government representative. Thank you, millions of people who require this drug will thank you as well.
